I checked the relay and all seams okay, i guess this could be some sort of immobilizer causing this.
I opened up the key fob to find a plastic device within the key, could anybody tell me what this is and also could this be causing the car not to start.

unless its been messed with before then that wont be it, its the chip for the transponder, DONT LOSE IT lol. This coil pack you have, is it a scrappy job as you may just be unlucky and picked up another dead one, chances are slim but its not impossible. try the leads aswell but i doubt ALL of them have gone faulty.

Also the fuel arn`t pumping through, but if you place a screw driver on the relay to shorten it out it pumps fuel throught no problems.
Some one else has said it might be the crank sensor.

When i measured them with a multimeter, across the coil pack leads, i had 4.5v and the second connection measured 12.56v and the rest of them measured 4.5v

Right, after searching through many forums, a lot of people has suggested the crank sensor being the problem because it is linked to the spark and fuel.
I just wanted to know if you think it the problem.

Hi,
Just to re-cap on events for the last week, which has stopped the car from starting.
Changed the crank sensor and hey presto it`s working
