hahahaha
i hate call centres they are a waste of space. Once they put me on hold but i could still hear them swearing at me in indian but they didnt realise i could understand

i never knew this sh1t!!!!!!
when i rang talk talk last night, i kept on getting passed around as they did not understand what i was asking (cuz they had poor english skills) and they made out that they could not hear me!!!

that happened to me when I called LMF some time back.
It took 5 people for me to finally end up with Crook himself....
and problem was still not solved.

i had this last weekend when i phoned BT about my broadband and kept getting an indian call centre of people reading off a sheet, i got really annoyed and asked if I could speak to an english person and they put me through to the english call centre. Its ridiculous that you get put through to an indian call centre before an english one

haha same with dell if you buy a business system or an xps system you get through to an english call centre.
Home users get indian call centres didnt know this till i had to phone them up at work and commented on how well the person spoke english to which she replied " i am english sir"
