hi, i got a ati radeon 256mb x600 dual outpuc graphics card for my pc,
it has a full 29 pin DVI out connection!!
But ive found their are different types of dvi connectors on cables, in terms of the amount of pins!
this website was quite helpfull, scroll to bottom of page for pics..
http://www.datapro.net/techinfo/dvi_info.html
i think i need a cable with connector type "DVI-D Dual Link - digital only" or "DVI-D Single Link - digital only" ??????
also in the dual screen settings i cant seem to enable the second moniter or set the resolution etc, can this only be done once i got the cable and connected??
thanks for any help

What input does your HDTV have? If its VGA (which is likely) then you will just have to get a DVI to VGA converter, and just get a VGA cable.
Once connected, the GFX card will see there are 2 screen connected, and let you change the resolutions.
