Been with UKonline for over a year now and they have been top notch. Only downside is they insist i can only have upto 2Mb, whereas everywhere else is offering upto 8Mb. I know its possible as my neighbour connects with BT at 6.5Mb.

I upload 24/7 and download a hell of a lot...are there any good ISPs like UKOnline that wont slap my wrists for Downloading silly amounts?

UKonline do slap wrists, just not very often.

Nildram are very good, and only cap 50Gb per month (peak hours) so download as much in non peak and they rollover the allowance.

Also consider SKY , uses the same network as UKonline.

if you're in a cable area go for Virgin, uncapped (they have a soft limit of 100GB a month) and you can get 20MB (in June) for £35 a month which is cheap

If you keep going over 100GB (have to be hitting 150-200GB) they will start to look at your account. They will then send out a few letters if they find your abusing their network, to say cut down. Ignore them, they will then transfer you to the naughty connection and your speeds will be reduced.
