My mate at work has been reading the forums this morning and apparently the spring update doesnt affect certain drives, some drives need a new firmware which is already available. He's gone now so I can't find the exact details.

Ive got a Hitachi 47DJ and Im just awaiting a jitter patch to be released to flash my drive with.

Toshiba Samsung drives have had new firmware released and once flashed should work fine!

when my warranty runs out i will be doing this, fuck paying £50 for games anymore
