Hi, i know i need to remove this to clean it, any one got a step by step on how to get to and remove this, either from working under the bonnet or can i get at it from underneath by putting it up on a ramp??? Help will be much appreciated!!!!

tried putting a bit of carb cleaner int he inlet first to see how it reacts.
if it does not cure it then look in tutorials at fitting an aftermarket inlet and it will tell you how to removed the upper inlet to get to the throttle body and ICV.
not 100% sure if you can just remove the throttle body as i have a mantzel.
