WTF. Spent 35 mins waiting in a queue before I was put through earlier, I told them my problem (Web doesnt work, and my MMS messages wont send)
They hung up
Same again, but I waiting 1 hours 8 mins!!!! The girl on the phone this time, said that she's having techincal difficulties and should try again later, and before i said NO, the phone was dead
I phoned for a third time.
Picked up after about 30 seconds
Butttt They couldnt figure out the problem with my phone, and also after saying they would send the "MMS" settings...... they didn't
I didn't know o2 customer care was this bad, anybody else had any other problems like this??

Robbo you work on comission? as you push your vodaphone tripe like a dealer outside a primary school
Never hand any problems with O2 here though, been a customer for 4-5years However, i have had problems with Vodaphone, took them 4 months to cancel a contract and that was after 40 odd calls, 11 emails and a cancellation of my direct debit

Same. Was a BT Cellnet customer when they rebranded as O2. Only time I ever phone them is to upgrade my mobile, never had a problem.

Go to the O2 site and get the settings sent to your phone, done it on my missus' phone the other night - took about 30 seconds!

Called them earlier as the camera on my N73 is foobaared, was on hold for all of 20 secs. Guy I spoke to didn't even question me, said he'd arrange a replacement asap and should expect a courier package through my door in the next 2 days!
Spot on!

You wan't to be a premium customer - my dad's monthly bill is £500+
Guess waht if he phones O2, he gets straight through, there's a seperate line for premium customers, he gets a new phone every 6 months and if anything is ever wrong it gets sorted immediately
