for a new phone? my contract ends, quite strangely, on the 31st december. my boss reckons if i phone up now i could get a new phone?
i basically just wanna keep the contract im on now, which is canery i think. but only if they continue to do free broadband and 1000 extra free texts a month...
any help appriciated

You could either ask on her for a rough guess or call them on the free phone number & get an actual response
Tell them you're leaving as you need a new phone

If you phone up, and say youre due for an upgrade, they will give you a list of phones. Which usualy, are shit tbh.
So just say youre not happy and youre going to leave the company if they dont give you the phone you want.
They will put you through to a supervisor or someone higher up, and you will get the phone you want, on the plan you want, no worries 
Well atleast thats what happened with me
Got a nokia n95 for free, a week after it came out, on a £30 a month contract.
The guy on the phone said it was £350 to upgrade to it
But the supervisor gave me it free, for staying with the company
