could some please tell me where the coolent temp sensor is on a x16xe

if you have/get pics where it is located it would help alot

lift the bonnett (obviously!) just above the alternator belt in front off the cam belt cover, 1 of the has a plug to it the other is a slide on clip, this 1 is for the temp gauge the other does the ecu contrlled bits

its screwed onto the side of the thermostat.
