Why are people wandering around with laptops full of sensitive info which they then leave lying around to be pinched?

Having said that, it was probably sold for profit.

Always makes me laugh I rememeber several years ago M15 had a laptop stolen on the tube with really senstive documents on.

I know it would be encoded but if it was stolen by another agency I am sure that would not be a problem.
