TBH it woul dbe hard to say as different places charge different amounts. Your best bet IMO is to grab the Yellow Pages and look through there for some to give a call.

As radical as this sounds but they normally come under 'Powder coaters'

Also look under surface finishers etc. Mine were £100 inc shot blasting.

found a nice big section in the yellow pages under powder coaters, lovely jubbly.
