If you just want to spray them and your ok with a rattle can then do it yourself. Sand all laquer off and give the paint a rub down aswel to give the primer something to stick to, but it should feel smooth to touch, some 1500 grit wet n dry for finishing. Then lay wheel/s down in a garage would be best with a heater. Spray with primer and leave for a bit, spray it again. I put 3 coats of primer on to get a good finish. Let em dry overnight, then rub them down agen with wet n dry and give them a clean. Make sure there dry then give the gloss black a go. i put bout 4 layers of black on. i thought it might not show stone chips as bad, dont no wetehr thats true tho twas jus an idea.
