I have a '97 1.4 16v sport and only have 1 key for it. If I was to want another one i take it i would need to go through vauxhall?

And would i need a key code?

Any ideas on price also?

Any help appreciated.

i got one cut at the market lol mine has an imobiliser so cost abit more bout 20 summat i think.... vauxhall will rape u with prices

Yeah I know they will mate, I just wasnt sure if i could get it done somewhere else becasue of the chip etc

i got a spare cut for £8 and they said would be £25 to have the immobiliser chip fitted

that was high st key cutter, Timpson?

i managed to snap my key in the summer and that cost £20 to have it replaced, not the chip, just the key - that was thru Vaux and threw a wobbly at the chap...didnt ahieve anything but made me feel better!!
