as well to buy the consoles
whats the best one
i need to buy but want the best
i think the ps3 is better as its blu ray etc...

Depends what you want. If you want to use it for films too, buy a PS3.
Online gameplay will always be debatable between the consoles, but Xbox has had longer to get up and running and is generally busier therefore more likely to get a game, however PS3 is kicking off now so soon it might be on the same level.
If you get a 360 buy an Elite.

I have both. PS3 is technically better and the graphics look better, but the games are crap. IMO 360 has better games and I prefer the controller.

Again, selling point of the PS3 is that it's free to go online, standard with wireless etc.

basically - ps3 if yount blu-ray or 360 if you want better catalouge of games, better online community etc etc

ive done a search on the games
and whats out for the xbox is out for the ps3 at the same price
has HD gone now and blu ray taking over
if it has then hd films wont be made i guess?

Blu ray is the standard which will be used from now on, and the ps3 doesnt require you to pay £60 to use wireless, and it also doesnt require you to pay to play online / receive content.
