Expect a letter informing you they are not paying out until the current legal battle is over.
Oh, and make sure you ask for 8% ontop of it in interest.

I've been charged two seperate £35's this week, taking me £15 over my limit again, meaning i'll get charged in another month as well.
Was probably my fault, just annoying that it's just gonna keep going

The charges were over a period of 1 year, i gave them 14days to pay it back otherwise i would take them to court (i was'nt going to) it took them about 22days before i got a letter to say they would pay all of it back.

Just before last christmas though? As I know for a fact Natwest froze paying out ALL bank charges well before then, even if you threatened court action, as they were part of the group of banks challenging the ruling.

I got my charges back from Halifax a good few years back...
The banks had until the 22nd May to appeal against the decision...
Not heard whether they have yet though...
