i have rubbed my wheels down, used primer, then high build primer,
then rubbed it down.
then primer'd it.
but i have small pinholes.
now i have trid to rub them out but tbh i cba.
question is this, if i primer it again, flat it, paint it and laquer it, what effect will these few pin holes have on it?

pinholes could be fish eyes which you get when a reaction has occured i.e not de-greased properly or its a reaction of some sort between old paint and new primer.
yes it will affect them as affectively it has'nt taken to the surface so will flake probably but i cant see it so dont no how bad it is the odd pin hole i would ignore and just flat it

Why did you use high build primer on it, were there repairs?
Get some stopper in the little holes. Dolphin Glaze will do the trick.

dolphin glaze? where do i get that?
the wheels were kurb'd to phuck
so all kerbing and a tiny little bit of corrosion was removed, unfortunatly i used a dremel, which i now know is too aggressive, so i rubbed i down, primer to key,
then high build,
then rubbed down,
and i have a few pin holes, when i re-prime.

Yepp, that's the stuff. You use it for blocking up little pin holes and other tiny imperfections in filler and primer. It sinks like crazy though so you need to use it really really thinly. You can get away with normal bodyfiller, but it takes a bit more work as you can easily put bubbles in filler and not help the problem.

if so then yeah little bit of d glaze
