got a nokia 6288

great phone, has lasted me 2 years, 3 screens and 3 batteries

anyway used to take like 2-3 mintues to load up, then one day turns on but just doesnt load, lights up, get nokia welcome screen, then nothing

but the daily alarm still works! lol

so guess its a software problem

does anyone have any sites/programs that i can use to flash the phone with new software/firmware?

and what data cable do i need?

i think you get the software updater when you install the nokia suite on your pc and you should also have the data cable from when you opened the box.Its then just a case of opening updater and following the on screen prompts.I think the cable should fit in the bottom of the phone or a mini usb(not 100% sure on that one). Got a photo of the bottom of the phone?
