Hello, does anyone know any programmes that will record on screen action in high quality? i've tried BSR (?) but the quality seems to leave too much to the imagination. the picture is very grainy and it seems to miss out several frames, which, as it happens are the most important ones  i've tried upping the frame rate etc to no avail
okay, another line of attack would be to remove certain frames of the video, anyone know of good software to do this? the file is an .m2v  not seen that one before
