Recently took out a new contract, with a free N95 8GB.
I'm not happy with the build quality. I've had an N95 8GB and I swear it was better than this. The casing is very slightly loose (I can push it in 1mm), and the slider is also looser than my previous -- I can move it up and down and left to right.
It's very minimal -- VERY minimal, but knowing I have the phone for 18 months, I kind of want to replace it because after all, it's my phone and I'm positive my other one wasn't like this.
I think they'll say it's absolutely fine if they look at it.
Anyone returned a phone with a tiny little niggle?

get a service centre to look at it, probably just needs tightning or a new spring.
I dount the place you bought it from will have it back IMO

my boss had the same problem with an N95 when he got his, he complained and got another sent out. worth a phone call if you're not happy

Yeah -- I'll give it a go when I get in. I'm praying for a straight swap in store as I really don't wanna go without a phone for a week or whatever.

A door to door exchange is happening on Monday.
I asked him to lower my tariff price and he tried but he said I'm on a stupidly low tariff and it's impossible for anyone his level to do anything more extreme.

Hopefully the next one will be OK.
It's funny. I was spraying my Corsa mirrors and got a tiny bit of over spray on the phone (it was right up the garden but blew all the way down!). It's tiny and they won't notice but it bugs me!

If i push the screen up to reveal the numbers, i can wiggle the screen left and right, and "prise" it away if you get me by about 1mm, it might just be me being picky, its not enough to worry me at the moment though, its when it gets really loose thats when i'll make use of the insurance

top of mine wiggles all over the place as well, about 1mm side to side with ther slide up but it lies unused at the end of my bed anyway
