Just started up firefox and it went to mozilla start page instead of my home page, checked it and the homepage is the same, click the home button and it goes to the mozilla start page again.

All my bookmarks have gone and it won't let me add any new ones.

If I click back it doesn't work but I can go the dropdown menu on the arrow and go back pages that way.

Any Ideas?

Try a fresh install from Firefox with the latest version

Firefox has just created a new profile, go here and do as it says!
