i am in the process of servicing my ignition system
providing all four HT leads and coil king-lead are seated fully home and are dry,
should i be getting a gentle/mild pulsing electric shock from touching the king-lead wire rubber coating?
never noticed this before, could solve a problem for me

i have a subtle but persistent missfire throughout the entire rev-range.
i tried pressing the king-lead home a few times whilst the engine was idling.
each time i held the lead rubber, i felt noticeably different intensities
of shock through my fingers, but the same fast pulsing frequency.
