Hi, I want to change my tappets.
I have done work to my car, service it myself, changed the calipers, coil pack, plugs, leads, all stuff like that, but I have never taken an engine apart, so VERY unsure about doing it.

But my car is tapping, and annoying me, so just wondering if anyone has any pics/word guide on how to change them?
Its a x14xe engine off an S reg Sport
Any help appreciated!

they dont have tappets...they have lifters

yea but no point trying to buy tappets for them when they dont exist
