Phoned them up last night to talk to them about my network coverage or lack of it and apparently as i haven't returned the phone after 14days im stuck with it till the end of contract. Said i should of notifyed them then. It's only been noticable in the last5/6 weeks
Now im stuck with them for fucking ages now unless i want to pay £600 to terminate the contract. It's a joke. Paying for a service which im not getting the full benefits/functionality. grrr

I used to have signal problems for a bit but it turned out it was a new SIM card, 3 sent a new one out for free.
Try a new SIM and if that doesn't fix it then tell them you don't want the contract any more and you'll rape them if they don't cancel it for free

The guy said there was nothing he could do. I should of noticed something that wasn't happening when i first got the contract.

best of writing a detailed well written lettet tbh the spunk monkeys on the phone rarely give a toss about helping customers and tend to just want to get you off the phone as soon as so say whatever is the easier option.

yeah well i used to work in customer services for them for about 1.5 years whilst i was at uni, 80% of the people didnt give a crap and wouldnt try and sort a problem out at all, most of the time lying to get them off the phone or transfering them to someone else who wouldnt help.
people who deal with letters/emails are better though.

I've emailed them and got a response in less than 12 hours which iis quite impressive and the guy who responded was a lot more helpful than the guy on the phone

read your contract very carefully, there used to be a clause in it about network coverage that said you could cancel if it was too poor ect.
might have changed now though.
