With taking out the rear bench and belts etc does anyone declare it to the DVLA on log book at all that the car is now a 2 seater and not a 5 seater?

i never have mate . iv had the filth turnig my car in side out and doin me 4 everyfin possable but they neva said any fin about no seats . the garage didnt say anyfin either wen i took it for its mot . hope this helps tim

Be aware, if you are used to a 5 seater its a royal pain in the arse aswell

Ah awesome cheers all.
Just iv'e had 2 seats and a fully stripped rear for months but cause im changing the engine i looked on my logbook to get an idea what info i need and i saw that section about # of seats and i was abit curious/worried if it's sumin people actually declared or not!
Ah i won't bother with seats just the engine change, cheers all
