Yeah thats the first task; a nice new driveway at the front and some work out the back. Luckily father has a paving company so that should be done for a good price

Congratulations mate, where are you at in terms of the buying process? I've recieved the searches back from the solicitor this morning and just awaiting my mortgage off now
