When it asks you to back up to disc, is there any way of saving to memory stick?

Can't you just copy the itunes folder whole?

Basically, I have about 7,500 songs on my ipod and not all of them are on my computer, do I need to connect the ipod then find the songs in my computer and drag them to the usb stick?

you'd have to sync from iPod > PC (or memory stick)
