just checked the fault codes on my x16xe as it isnt running right and this is what came up:

Knock signal circuit, fault: n/a

Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor, fault: High voltage

Fuel tank vent valve (FTVV), fault: Low voltage

Oxygen sensor, fault: Air/Fuel mixture too lean (weak)

Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS), fault: High voltage

Amplifier control signal, cylinders 2 and 3 (Direct Ignition System (DIS), fault: Low voltage

Amplifier control signal, cylinders 1 and 4 (Direct Ignition System (DIS), fault: Low voltage

i think there is a problem with the coil pack causing issues with the DIS, but dnt know what is the problem with the rest

any ideas?

thanks

My mate had this problem on his 1.6 16v astra. It kept bringing all these faults up. He would repair one problem/censor then another problem with a different censor would occur. Now in the end they have found out its a dodgy ECU, and he is having to buy a new one for over £500.
