As above, what's everyone done to fit the air temp sensor (one before the AFM)? Mine's just been stuck into a bit of 70mm iirc rubber hosing that's had a circle cut in it - not too good a seal around it. I've put a fine bead of silicon around it but I think it's making it run shite with it 'leaking'.

Pictures would be great as well.

Have you got a dizzy or coil type XE?

My coil type doesn't have an ATS

Coil pack XE should have an inlet temp sensor, it goes just BEFORE the AFM. The standard pipe can still be bought from Autovaux if you really need it.

Dizzy xe does NOT have one.

To check the seal, spray carb cleaner around it; if the revs 'rise' then you know its leaking.

Sound DaveB, whats the standard pipe like though? The bit of hosing that the sensor's in is only about 3 inches long.

just had a quick look for pictures but can't find any.

Its basically like a normal air pipe, with a big nipple thing bulging out of it; the Air temp sensor sticks in this nipple thing lol

Aye I know what you're on about, like a plastic/ rubber boss. I've got a bit of room on the left hand side where I could fit a longer hose I'll see about that, cheers mate.

Anyone else got this setup and have a picture of it?
