One of my mates has a dispack c20xe conversion to his 1.0 corsa, and has developed a fault with it, bascially it will not idle and when you rev it it's got a very bad flat spot, if you unplug the air flow metre it will tick over though

Have already changed the air flow metre with no luck, any ideas?
