ok my tyres have started to wear 2mm in a week on the inside edges. First the left one went so i got the tyre replaced and the tracking checked. Now the right one has gone from 2-3mm tread to slick in a week. The cars been lowwered for a year so it isnt that, tracking is spot on...... What should i be looking at now that will cause these issues? One tyre to wear through then wear though the other one when a new tyre is put on. Any help would be great thanks!

camber leans in so i know about inside wear and have dealt with it for a year or so but this is mental. My mate has suggested bent lower arm/armsor or bent tie rod. So hes going to have a look at it. Front arb sitting to low? can that cause it aswell?

when you lower your car, the angle of your front arb sits too low also, cuasing un-even tyre ware aye.
If you had a bent lower arm, or ball joint it's normally visible by eye or you'd feel it in the wheel.

hmm, well it cant be the arb as it would have been doing it since lowering it. Just thinking of what things it could be causing it if they were bent/damaged via a pothole.

Hmm after having a quick check over with my mate we think the top mounts are a bit fooked and the tie rod bushes are fooked or have shifted

Anyone able to post up pics of how their top mounts look after being lowered 60mm? Mine sit further towards the engine by a few mm.

No pics but mine do iirc.

Hard cornering could cause inside wear too, and i presume there not softer compound tyres than you used to run?

Camber bolts from LMF work really well too btw

no i wrecked eagle f1's in a few months, inside shot to shit and full of grip on the outside. This only started since the shit weather and hitting a few potholes and lips of ice in the road. Im just wondering what componants would cause major inside wear, the car had camber but now its silly. would bent top mounts cause such an issue?

by having camber, you knowing about it, you are actually stressing components more as you corner etc. bushes etc will wear out quicker. to have camber wearing the inside edge out for a year and not have sorted it is not the best of things to do. check all your suspension components and stuff.

I know about the stresses of it
What kind of areas should i be looking into checking. Thought it would wear both at the same time instead of one then the other
I have camber bolts somewhere but dont think any where around here deals with that kinda thing.
Thanks for your help though
