As you might know, I've not had my corsa for very long. To me it's a pretty modern car, me being used to classic mini's and Nova's etc.
Before I bought it, it had been stood for a while, and when I first started it, it was miss-firing and chugging...
I put in a new set of plugs and it ran a lot better. It still needs a full service, but generally it runs ok. However, when it is warm it quite often cuts out on tickover. I pull up to the lights and dip the clutch and it's touch and go whether it will stall. sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. When I dip the clutch the revs seem to plummet then climb again. if it is left to stand at idle it sometimes does the same thing. Could it be something as simple as a semi-blocked fuel filter?
any suggestions?

Mine did something similar and it was the air flow meter or something like that. Swapped it and hey presto, problem had gone

Mine was stalling today, embarassingly I pushed her to the roadside and had a gander. Turned out the plug that goes on the underneath of the throttle body (blue one) was unplugged.
Just check your wiring, just in case
