Loads of turbo flutter and it makes a random noise a bit delayed  was thinking take it apart and give it a clean as I didnt buy it new

Leave it in a bucket of warm soapy water over night mate then make sure you dry it off thoroughly after and it should be fine. Quite a common problem on turbo Fords from what i gather

Some say it does, some say it doesn't. There's arguble cases for both opinions, so my personal preference, I wouldn't run a d/v.

no.
there are turbo's that can be ran without. these have much better shafts than an average turbo. it will kill an average turbo. same as putting antil lag on to a turbo that cant handle it. will blow to bits.
so your personal preferrence is to kill a turbo. your a cock end.

So are you saying a standard fiesta RS turbo which doesn't come with any recirc, or d/v, has an uprated turbo then from factory to handle the flutter-ness?

meh. cleaned it up inside and gave it a lube up and its all good. pretty sure its been leaking as the car feels miles better now

dont know if its same problem i had with my d/v on my zvh escort rs turbo but sum times it wud dump load as usual then um times hardly at all.then it began spitting oil from it........oops.in the end it was a fecked piston.turbos grrrrrrrrr!
