FStream will stream compatible media. You can get the location of BBC streams from http://bbcstreams.com/
If you want other stations then get something like Pure Lounge.

Grab Radio Lite. Its free but has limited stations.
Has Radio1 so im happy with it. It just streams it from the tinterweb.
iPhone has no built in radio reciever as far as im aware

Works well and it's free. Only thing i find is, sometimes it stops to buffer, but and comes back within seconds.
