Earlier on today my computer wouldn't let me do anything at all, it kept popping up cannot run as file is infected, something to that effect, I rebooted the computer and everything was %100, I ran AVG anti-virus and it didn't detect anything, I continued using it and just now I shut my computer down.

Just before it shutdown a message come up on a blue background with red writing saying warning your computer is in danger and is infected with spyware!

I'm just wondering if its going to boot up tomorrow

Cocks.

Yea something kept popping up system tool every time I tried to run a program.

Ran it in safe mode and restored it back to the 3rd of March.
Do I need to get a copy of Malware bytes now and scan the computer?

Cheers guys, you saved my computer once again

Safe mode, go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data

In there should be a folder with a random letters and numbers name.

Inside should be one exe and one file, just delete the folder.

If you want to be 100% on it, just search the registry for the name of the exe and delete any referecnes

Have you repaired it yet?

If not run in safe mode with networking(switch your pc on press F8 until a window pops up), go on the web and download malwarebyts - Anti Malware. Run a Full scan (take about 1hr) and delete any found infections. Report back.

I just booted it up in safe mode, restored it back to 3 days before hand and that was it, seems to be running spot on now.

Would you recommend running Malwarebytes as well?
