just got head skimmed for the first time and put engine back into car and its making a real rattle noise inside engine, nearly sounds like pistons hitting? any idea's or help please

yes checked timing few times and it not off timing

Any of the covers down the side of the engine? On mine I didn't clip the metal cover in properly and was ratteling on the bottom pully

checked all covers and still nothing
