Mine was a right pain. 20 mins of brute force and ignorance with a little swearing sorted it.

I partly removed the door seal on the washing machine (I wish I hadn't now - *barf*) - ordered a new seal online last night so I'll see how I get on when it arrives.

The seal I ordered costs about £27 I think including delivery.
Gonna give it a bash myself as we were going to get a new machine but if I can get this sorted then we can put the money towards some other applicance that requires replacement
