Im now getting fuel at the rail but it doesnt seem to be injecting what could be the problem?

Injectors? You got pressure there? try another rail and injectors see what that does

The thing is i know its working bcoz i bought and drove a corsa with this engine in it and removed to put it in another corsa its a c20xe btw

If the injections arent squirting the petrol, then it could be a loom problem, maybe you have the connections mixed up or something so there not squirting when they should.

use a noid light and check to see if the injectors are getting a pulse when cranking in it mate

the electrical connecters to the injectors. I dont know about c20ex's but some are programmed codes into the ecu so a cylinder, so the ecu knows how much fuel to inject from each injector regarding the mass and density of the air in the cylinder to get the correct 14-1 ratio. Could be the electrical plugs the wrong way around, try and switch them about a bit, might get some life out of it eventually
