I have a motherboard that I bought from eBuyer back in January which is now dead, so I want to get a replacement for it under warranty.
I did an RMA thing on their website but it says I have to call their tech support number and the status is set to "management referral"
Gonna give them a call in the morning, but does anyone know what sort of turnaround times they have on motherboards? They still sell the motherboard in question and have some in stock according to their website, so would they just send one out to me from stock or would it need to be sent on to ASRock?

Any time I've done it, as long as they've accepted the RMA, they take it back, test (or say they have) then send a new one, been a few days at most.

FFS they won't speak to me because my wife bought the board originally and due to data protection apparently.
Not sure what the point of this is, I'm not buying anything just sending something back for replacement under warranty.

Talk in a high pitched voice, or just say you're Lucy.
