Hi. This is my first post on the forum..
I have a V reg 2000 model corsa 1.2 sxi..
Since owning the car it has been very slow to get going when accellerating, mainly when pulling away at junctions.. On the odd occation the engine light would come on then off..
Scanned the car for codes.. Found No RPM signal code..
Replaced crank sensor, timing chain kit and tried a new MAF sensor, but still the problem is there..
Has anyone had this problem before???
Cheers!

ive had a few issues with mine and a freind with a 1.2 has had a few issues. Mine was caused by the idle control motor. revs dropped too low, difficulty pulling off. a friends had an issue with a leaking manifold/cat gasket. was blowing past and lambda wasnt reading correctly.
not sure about the no rpm signal though, if its all plugged in correctly it should be ok.
did you make sure you'd removed the old washer when you fitted the new sensor?

Pretty sure they say no rpm signal just because the engine isn't running on them. Clear the codes and read them again but with the engine running.
Symptoms sound like a mass air flow problem.
