Right I know there is different apps in cydia to change the carrier name but I want to be able to put longer words in because there seems to be a character limit and just scrolls.

I know changing the font size can do it but wouldnt no how to achieve this.

It will scroll if its any longer than the available gap otherwise it would go over the edge/3g/wifi icon.

Not sure if you can move them along at all.

Had that problem with my first iPhone that I had on Voda back when you could only get them on O2. I used Fake Operator to change Vodafone UK just to Vodafone.
