Installed the Super Hub yesterday, but I'm having problems with the wi-fi. It will show up on my phone with good signal but will keep disappearing and reappearing. Router seems to be running correctly with all the lights etc. Any ideas, I'm shit with all this stuff.

i gave up with mine, sent me two out after upgrading from 20mb to 30, set it up called them etc was getting 0.83 mbps, sat on the phone for 2 hours with someone and they couldn't help, ended up sending me another one which done the exact same, threw in towel and told them to ran it and put me back to 20 with old hub which i can get a steady 19 with, it surely shouldn't be too much off a difference from old hub to new "super" hub,

I didn't have a wireless router beforehand.

We've had a Super Hub here since Aug. last year and have had problems with the wireless. Had to keep changing the channels to get it to work, had countless problems with it disconnecting for no reason, shite speeds and failure to connect at all.
Not had a single problem with the wired connection at all.

Had this problem , go into router settings and change 300mhz to 150mhz you'll see this option.
If that doesnt work it will be signal stuff so you'll need a techy.

try changing the channel, if you live in an area with lots of wifi signals they can interfere with each other
