I have just replaced 8v 14se with similar from e bay . after a 10-15 sec running oil is being forced out of seal between filter and block . its the right filter tightened corrrectly. its as if oil is entering filter but has nowhere to go - suspect a blocked oil way Any Ideas ?

Have you put the oil filter on the threads properly?
And have you tightened it as tight as you can with your hand?
Did you put a smear of oil around the seal?
Did you check the original seal had came off on the old filter?
Did you check it was the right filter before fitting?
So many different things it could be.

Yes the filter is the correct type , smeared and tightened with chain wrench , in desparation re fitted old filter with same result , the issues with the oil flow in block , cant think its with the filter
