This is all you need -
Edit - Kimber is another company that does stupidly expensive cable ie: a Kimber IEC cable is around £3/4k. Although the design of Kimber stuff is a lot better than Nordost.

Well true, but at the same time, however decent that cable is, I don't think it's worth anything near that much!
£300 for a HDMI cable that does the same thing as a £3 one is pure marketing BS though I agree!
