When I bought my new iPhone I backed up the old one then transferred all purchases to the new phone. It's taken me until now (3months) to realise I have a few albums missing that I bought from iTunes. I have followed to steps to re download purchases and also checked all my old emails. I've emailed iTunes and got a reply saying they can't see the purchases. But I definatly paid and bought these albums? Anyone had similar problems?

Do you not get an email to say you have purchased certain things?

Or if you can get a complete audit of your purchases off itunes you could compare it to your debit/credit card?

I searched iTunes on my hotmail and went through them 1 by 1 I couldn't find the purchases it seems weird makin me feel like I'm going mad tbh lol but I know of at least 4 albums that are missing
