This morning I had issues with my laptop, Kept turning itself off after 5 to 10 minutes use, First issue I have had with this laptop!
Now I took this down to it overheating as my old PC done the same before frying itself! as the laptop's still under warranty I phoned and arranged for collecting with acer after arranging collection ect the laptop has been working perfect since
Its still under warranty for another year, Should I wait until it does it again and contact them or would I be better sending it to them now?
I have a funny feeling if I was to send it to them now Ill get it back with them saying there's no fault!

Might be worth sending it. Thats what I'd probably do.

If it's under warranty and they don't find anything wrong then I assume they won't charge you for looking at it (check this though) then if that's the case there's no harm in getting it seen now rather than later.
