how the hell do i get my contracts across to it?
thought i saved them to my sim, nothing loads up
its all on my computer useing kies. but itunes cant find them.
anyone?
or do i have to do it one by one?

As said, sync with a Google account (should be anyway with Android) and you can the sync to your iPhone either via exporting the contacts as a CSV and then importing into iTunes or setup your google account as a CardDav account on the iphone which will sync your contacts.
Also sure you can import from your sim card, believe it's in the Mail, Contacts, Calendar menu (or what ever it's called) under Settings.

yeah, i ve done that balling and dom but no luck
all my contacts are also save on the laptop. how can i import them to the phone?

If you had a S3 then they'll be on your google account, so as mentioned setup CardDav to use your google account and it'll sync them. Plenty of guides if you do a google.
