finally car started looool :-DDDDD but run at 4000 pm and wont go down ? any idea why ?????
Exhaust manifolt was fittet a 1 mm highter so smoke was coming out, i did sort it now so its all on place, do ut hink cos of lambda sensor this could happen ? high Rpm ???
if not any ideas ?
( originally this thread was about my timing belt knocking but sort it and just edit the topic as didnt want to make another one so ignore some of the answers below )

Did u turn it over by hand a few times to make sure its not out etc?

i cant turn it by hand lol :-d ( i did take plugs out but still hard) probably was cos no oil to the shafts and lifters ... .. anyway finally car started looool :-DDDDD but run at 4000 pm and wont go down ? any idea why ?????

so now im wiv astra 2002 belt tensioner, buying a 1270mm drive belt 6pk rib belt for my engine and all will be good too ...

put a breaker bar on the bottom pully n turn it a few full revolutions n make sure its not hitting anything

massive air leak somewhere or you've got the throttle cable stuck wide open.

no mate, i had problem wiv throttle body cable before, that was first think i checked , all on place properly air leak .. no chance as only thing i took of is inlet manifold and all is in properly .. do u think it could be the sensor next to the exhaust cam pulley ???
