Anyone know if there's a way of changing the default image for incoming calls? I've assigned an image to a few contacts, but I'd like something a bit brighter and more obvious than the default image to numbers not in my contacts or people without an image.

In case that doesn't make any sense, I want to change this default 'head and shoulders' image of incoming calls:

I'd think it was as simple as locating the file on the phone and replace it with another of same name.

It's part of the Phone.apk - so you'll need to extract, modify and rebuild. So not impossible but a lot of effort considering
