Telford drive, one of St Helens biggest drug dealers lives there and is frequently getting raided and cars vandalized, also as mike said nearby there is a gyppo camp that has had a lot of trouble recently.

Looks a great house though but I think with the area if you keep yourself to yourself and don't start to Piss any of them off you should be fine,

There is a council run gypo camp about 5 minutes away I found out yesterday.

As for houses getting raided, happens all the time where I live at the moment. Keeping yourself to yourself is the way to be.

The fact someone hung themselves in the house does not worry me. My first flat had 2 old people die in there before I moved in

Spoken with a few of the residents this morning. Apparently it's dead quiet and no issues in the neighbourhood.

The local gypos are no bother at all and want to be respected.

I'm happy with that.

It's a 10 - 15 minute walk from the council run gypo camp.

Got this for 134k. Really had to push ourselves on the deposit and stamp duty.
