yes or no depending upon make of coilovers

id say 3mm max on some

those fk's are not rear height adjustable by the looks of things.

Yes they are. The spring sits on a platform that u wind up to the desired height.

Why ? Its just the same as the adjustment on the front but without a damper in the middle. On the pic its that gold thing below the rear spring.

i wanted rear adjustables but mines low enuff plus its got no ice in yet
